Training Style

Balance is key and adding variety to each workout program is highly beneficial, allowing you to achieve fitness on a well-rounded level. Fit and Fueled training programs include elements of strength training, high intensity interval training, functional movement, balance, core stability, flexibility, and postural alignment.

As a Texas Powerlifting record breaker and World Championship qualifier, I’m well equipped to coach you through the powerlifts (squat, bench, and deadlift) if that’s a goal of yours.
