Hatha Yoga
Mon / Wed • 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (60 min)
Start your morning grounded, energized, and focused. This class emphasizes classic yoga postures, mindful movement, breath control, and joint mobility. Whether you are building balance and core stability or seeking a clear headspace before the workday begins, this practice provides the tools to move and feel better all day long. Suitable for all experience levels.
Vinyasa Yoga
Friday • 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (60 min)
A dynamic, fluid practice that links breath with continuous movement. Flow through sequences designed to build heat, cultivate endurance, enhance flexibility, and leave you feeling energized and invigorated heading into the weekend. All experience levels welcome with modifications provided.
Strength & Conditioning
Tue / Thu • 12:00 PM – 12:45 PM (45 min)
An efficient, high-impact workout designed to fit neatly into your lunch break. We focus on full-body functional strength, proper lifting mechanics, core stability, and cardiovascular conditioning. Every session is structured to challenge you safely while leaving you energized—not depleted—for the rest of your afternoon.
Stretch & Wind-Down
Thursday • 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM (60 min)
Decompress and release the physical and mental tensions of the week. This class blends restorative stretching, gentle mobility drills, and nervous system down-regulation to improve flexibility, soothe tight muscles, and promote deep relaxation before heading into the weekend.
What to Know
- All Levels Welcome: Modifications and progressions are provided for every exercise and posture.
- Location: Studio located in central Albuquerque at 1013 Quincy St NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110.
- What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes. For yoga and stretch classes, bring your own mat if you have one (studio mats also available).
